Service and repair of the Remote Visual Inspection and MicroImaging equipment is carried out in OSIA’s dedicated Technical Services workshop in Orangeburg, NY, whereas service and repair of Olympus Surgical products takes place in the purpose-built facilities of Olympus Medical Equipment Services America, based in San Jose.
The efficiency of these facilities allows equipment to be repaired and returned to operation in the shortest possible time, with minimal inconvenience to users.

The scope of Olympus Surgical & Industrial America’s quality management system registration includes the service and repair of the Remote Visual Inspection and Micro-Imaging equipment it supplies.
