The second Photo Gallery and Episode2 Movie now online. The effects of global warming threaten all life on Earth. |
Wildlife photographer Mitsuaki Iwago has travelled the globe capturing images of animals in their natural habitat. This is global warming seen from his unique insight.Rising ocean levels, frequent hurricanes, drought, the destruction of coral reefs, and unseasonable rain and snow. Global warming may be one of the reasons for these abnormal climate changes. These drastic changes will create serious problems for humans and all life on Earth.
"Some things must be seen with one‘s own eyes." Armed with his keen senses and respect for nature, Mitsuaki Iwago sees wildlife eye-to-eye. What will he observe from our present Earth? Witness and share his discoveries together. This was the foundation for this site,"Global Warming Witness - Mitsuaki Iwago Special", which started in August 2006.
After his last expedition to the far north region of Wager Bay in search for the endangered polar bear, Mr. Iwago‘s next journey brings to light the present state of Africa‘s Kilimanjaro.
With special movies and high-quality digital images taken by the Olympus E-3 SLR digital camera, see the current state of Earth on the web. Through his eyes and camera lenses, you too can be a witness to the effects of climate change.
